Bay Bolete Boletus badius
Bay Bolete Boletus badius under broad leaved woodland. This fungus has pale yellow pores that gradually stain blue when bruised. It was photographed shortly after a period of heavy rain which leads to the greasy appearance of the cap. This is not so apparent when the fungus is dry.
